A release deed issued to me by my mother and my sisters without mentioning the survey no of my fathers properties in the year 2017 on Rs 25000 stamp paper. While transferring my name in the patta the Dy tahsildar informed me it is not a valid document and it is a forged one,and also ec is not reflecting by using the doc no.pl confirm me whether such registeration is possible during the year 2017, in tamil nadu ,in such a situation how can i solve my problem .

Petioner put a contempt of civil court under 39 2a 151, defedent is not party to the main suit but he was try to impled but it was rejected in both lower and high court, defedent was done gift deed to his family, now Petioner has put case on defedent on civil court contempt of court with above mentioned, pls assistant on this scenario and case if you have any case reference pls give to me

In 2019 i took admission in D pharmacy in banglore, when college started,it didn't have proper lecture and no practicals,
So I canceled the admission and asked for my document then
principal said, your document will be given in 1 month and they
speak like this for a year and finally say on 23 October 2020 that your document has been lost
So sir, what action should I take on him

My father in law want to devide the land for his daughter and son in 25 cent converted land. There is a old water way connecting Panchayat road and ends at out land which wea are suing as access road to our house 30
Now we are facing problem for layout. Is there any provision so that we can claim this way as approay road

Also, we have made him Nominee of our flat.
In this situation, can we transfer ownership of flat to our son, without going for Gift deed? If not, please let me know the procedure.

Need to apply legal heir certificate - issue in 2 names
Hi, I'm Preethi here.
We are in urgent need of selling our property at Trichy (Tamil Nadu) in my mother's name who was deceased 8 years back.
Our Remaining family members (my father, my brother and myself) are willing to apply for legal heir certificate for selling the property which has 2 separate documents and purchased separately in different years.
My father is having 2 names in which 1 name is only registered officially for all his proofs like voter ID, pan card, aadhar card.
But me & my brother have the unofficial father name in our Birthday certificates.
In my mother's proof (voter id) also the unofficial name is only given.
And regarding the two separate property documents which is in my mother name, they have registered the unofficial father's name in one of the document. ( as her husband)
We are under confusion in applying for legal heir certificate for 3 of us with my father's 2 names confusion.
Please provide the solution for this.
