Government job form filling

Respected sir/madam,

A case was registered against my older uncle, his two sons, my father, me and my minor brother ( 15years) on the complaint of my younger uncle under sec.341, sec.323, sec.325.
In charge sheet police didn't find case true against me and my brother and other four persons got police bail. No one was ever arrested.
But, SDPO recommended everyone and cognizance has been against all six people.
In appearance stage, (before trial can start), my younger uncle filed to withdraw the case and case was closed within a month of his mercy petition.

Have you ever been prosecuted ?

What should I write, Yes or No ?

Thanks.

The mc wants to spend 25 lakhs

My apartment MC wants to incur Rs 25 Lakhs for STP/WTP plants repair works and replacing the parts. It's been 4 years since the first installed and a few services were done in the past. It's working well in the senses that the flush water is fairly good and uninterrupted. There's been no issues so far but our Management Committee (MC) insists to do without owners approval. What's the procedure to get this done by MC
Please advise

Parents of sellers not vacating the property

Have purchased a property in August 2021 in Hyderabad and on request of the seller allowed him to stay in the property for one year on rental basis. Now in the month of August 2022, the seller has vacated the house and his parents are not vacating the house in pretext of dispute between the seller and his parents.

They inturn are demanding money either from us or his son to vacate the house. the seller is showing his inability to vacate the house as parents has lodged criminal complaint against him.

Police are not filing any case and are telling that this is a civil matter and we have to go to court.

Please suggest if we have to file eviction suit as the seller has paid rent from August 2021 to August 2022 or suit for possession of property. Can i file criminal case against parents and son as i feel they are doing it purposefully.

Further they are from SC/ST Community and threating us with filing of case under atrocities of SC/ST.

Its more that 3 months now and i am not getting any solution as to how to deal with these aggressive people

Reliance telecom tower (rental arrears)

Hi, would need a genuine advice regarding the subject line:
1. We are Hindu Undivided Family, property where the tower is located is a self acquired property by my mother and she passed away intestate in Feb 2016
2. I'm the only child to my mother, property has been moved in my name after my father's demise in Aug 2019
3. My mother entered into an agreement with Reliance Infratel Ltd (earlier led by MD Anil Ambani) now god knows who it is for a period of 15 years starting Aug 2008
4. After multiple reminders, phone conversations etc and they fail to clear the arrears of rent + remove the tower (as its non operative any more). Rental agreement will expire on Aug 2023
5. Agreement terms and conditions are one sided which was executed with my mother during Aug 2008
6. Account to where rent was credited is still active and the account was in my mother's name earlier has been moved to my name now.

Questions:
1) Can I as the right legal owner of the property take the arrears of rent from Reliance Communications?
2) What are my options in getting my arrears of rent with interest paid
3) Should I take a legal route before the rental agreement expires or wait till it expires and then take seek remedy?
4) Tower and other assets are still on my property , once agreement expires what will happen to them? What if Reliance does not come forward to remove a dead weight on my property which is affecting my other tenants and building structure and strength is compromised.
5) What is the best way to get Reliance off my premises and me taking over the possession of the rented premises

Seek an expert's help as its causing enough financial distress and also jeopardizing the building safety and strength. Any additional details related to agreement if asked I can share it.

Time limit for legal recourse in case of harassment

My daughter got married in December 2021 and gave birth to a daughter in October 2022. Just a month before the delivery, the inlaws got all her jewellary etc. in their custody and deliberately tortured her mentally and rang us up to take her home. Her husband even confiscated her cell phone (later released), checked all the messages and forebade her from keeping in touch from people he does'nt like. He however visited the hospital during delivery and bore part of the expenses as they will be reimbursed by his office. When my daughter requested him to bring alteast one set of jewellery to be worn on child's function to be held at our hose and on diwali, he just made some excuses and did not do so.When we wanted to go to their place to offer sweets etc on Diwali, they just refused and father in law did not even respond to my Diwali wishes on whatsapp. Husband has also left our family whatsapp group Now my querry is that upto what time we can wait safely before initiating any legal action without compromising our right to all the jewellery and compensation, in case matters go from bad to worse, as we still want to give some more chance time for the relationship to heal and recover.

Natural justice is mis-used to trample social justice.

Hyd HC WP34322/2011&WP16793/2016. WP3754/2012, WVMP2016/2016. Plz access replies by Judges for the petitions in giving STAY orders. Without looking into merits in the case, Refraining from merits in the case, the court has not expressed any opinion on the substantial evidence- STAY orders are issued as Natural Jusstice is was not given from 2011 to 2022. All knew the substantial evidence was again take one (demised mother had SC surname) & Judge ordering fresh enquiry. The family of caught fakeSC had two daughters. Smt Vishali was step daughter, smt Suguna was mother-in-law. Paparaju disbanded them after cheating her family in 2010. Vishali was instigated to commit suicide by fakeSC step mother. SC/ST atrocity Legal noticed of intimidation by hired Advocate was sent to Son in law. This is the standard of Advocate Sri PC Arvind Babu. Second daughter Vineela was sent to Germany in 2012. Advocates never allowed any official to meet daughters for 20years in fakeSC case. Because all knew about fakeSC papers use. The caught fakeSC woman is a 6 times 10th failed, completed with mere pass marks in Degree&P.G in open university. She got appointed as lecturer. Her Name is smt Birudha RajaRatnam in Andhra saraswata Parishad,(now TSP College), Kothi, Hyd in SC reserved woman category with fakeSC papers in Aug2002. Still she is continuing in Job despite caught,, removed by Hyd Dist Collector in 2011 & G.O 13 of 2016 DT 27.4.2016 was issued for removal by Telanagana state Govt. She lives in Mytripuram, Karmanghat Hyderabad..The hegemony was seen at every stage in proceedings. 99% in HC were supporting this FakeSC woman. Natural Justice chanting in Hyd HC is gong ON for decade. Her Advocates were Known for perjury, suborning perjury, concocted stories, fabricated evidence& implausible logics Or cavil logics in HC. The played trick was that Demised mother had SC surname, but rest family&relatives are non-SC. When will this type of atrocities stop in High Court? Just introspect these practices& BAN them so that deprived people can be given their reserved jobs. The hired senior Advocates of caught fakeSC employee are considered as most cruel&criminal minded. Social Justice is trampled as seen under the shoes of judges very nicely..family says
