Majority flat memebers are on the redevelopment side while there are few who are against it. Civil and Criminal Jail

Dear Experts,

What is a Civil Jail? What is a Criminal Jail?
How are the two related?
How are they different from one another?

LEAVE ENCASHMENT

Sir,

As per our company leave policy-2005. the ELs accumlation is 60 days. The above leaves will be encashble. This practice is continued upto 2007. Now new HOD has come he said that there is no law for enchshment of ELs in the middle of the service. So our employees leaves are crossed more than 60 days (nearly some are 120 days like that) So is there any enactment for encashment of leaves ? If so please supply immediately.

Regards,

PBS KUMAR

Stamp duties on issue of shares

Is stamp duties payable at the time of issue of share certificates? Stamp duties would have been paid while incorporating a company or increasing it's share capital. But is it again payable while issue of sahres?

If answer is yes, what rates of duties are applicable in karnataka?
