Hi all
Decree of divorce granted by the Court on a petition filed by the husband. Decree also confirmed by the High Court. Now the person wants to remarry.Queries:
1. How long will he have to wait until he can get married.?
2.In the meantime SLP before the SC also filed which is yet to be heard. Whether now marriage can be proceeded with after the SLP is being registered and yet to be heard??
3. IS there any right to appeal before the Supreme Court under the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 ?

Please note that both the parties are Hindu. thanks in advance.

Cheque Bounce

A family friend has taken a loan of Rs 2.5 Lakhs from me and my wife for just 5 days to overcome some crisis.
The money was transferred through Bank Transfer from my wife account to the person's company account - he is the owner of the company.
Now the person has sent us a cheque as repayment but that cheque has bounced.
I have told him about this over email which he acknowledged and asking for more time.

I want to know if notice in form of email is sufficient for any legal proceedings in future or do we need to send Registered letter?
Also what is the time within which I need to send the notice after bank informed me that the cheque has bounced due to insufficient fund?

Thanks in advance

My Retention

Currently I am working in the company. At the time of joining they deducted 15% retention from my CTC which will be returned on confirmation and at the end of the year. It is been a year they have not given the retention amount till date but they have calculated the retention amount in the tax amount and deducted the tax including the retention amount. I have become sick of this company and I want to leave but I do not want to leave my hard earned money of 15% in the last 1 year. They harrass the employees and they may build up some wrong cases on the employee also. Even if an employee want to leave the company have to give 3 months notice but they can remove us at anytime, If I give definitely the money will not come back. As well they do not give reliving letter to any employee till date they have not given any reliving letter who left as well many employees who had left not got their proper settlement. Please guide me on this.
