The Flat Owners Association is a registered body under AP Registration of Societies Act. The Society as its habit year after year is violating the bye-laws in auditing and presenting the financial statements such as Receipts & Payments,Income & Expenditure and Balance sheet before the General Body. As most of the members are not bothered due to ignorance or laxity, the committee is acting in its whims. Now, which Court is to be approached under what Law, if I want to put up a petition seeking a direction by the Court to get the Accounts audited.
Dear Councels I am working in a private limited company for the past 8 years. Planning to quit. There is nothing mentioned in appointment order or review appraisal letter about gratuity. It just mentions my CTC amount. Pay slip also does not mention about gratuity. Heared from my senior staffs and HR that my company does not provide gratuity. Its an ITES BPO employing over 1000 staffs. Please advise my options if in case gratuity is denied.
Our society in Mumbai has passed a resolution in a general body meeting, that tenants residing in the premises will not be allocated any parking space, but will have to park outside the society. Whereas many owners members have been alloted 2 paking spaces in the society.Hence there is a shortage of parking spaces. Common Parking area given to tenants earlier have been concerted to a childrens play court, thus bringing less parking spaces. Is this legal.continue

Recently, I have purchased a flat without reserved parking. Builder used to sell reserved Open and covered parking but that was optional not mandatory. I was told by the dealer that since parking is not mandatory, builder can't deny car/2-wheeler parking in unreserved open space.
Now builder and AOA denying entry of any vehicle without reserved parking sticker.
In "certificate of possession" issued by builder, the opening wording of certificate is
"The actual physical possession of flat no.xxxx block xxxx having super area of 1100 sq.ft on 9th floor including usage rights for car/two wheeler parking/s in the group housing project knowns as xxxx ("The Flat") has been handed over by M/s Builder (The Promoter ) to Mr. A (The Allottee) subject to the following terms and conditions;
With reference to above,
what is my parking rights? Legally, what is my position?
In registry paper, there is
Open Parking - (Dash)
Reserverd Parking - (dash)
No mentioned of Nil Parking or No Parking.
Please show some lights to the above case.
my mom had leased our house on rent to a lady before 2 month, first day only we asked for her legal documrnts to prepare aggrement and police verification, she said she will provide it after 3-4 days as she cant find then due to packing unpacking.
after some days when we again ask for documents, she refuses and thrn next day she bought a fake agreement to us in which it was written that she is residing here from last 1 year. we refuses to sign on it and ask her to vacant our house and given her time
she start threatening us, even we notice sheis not a right lady as every night we all seems different different men coming along with her. it seems in our house prostitution activities are going on
we compaint against her in police station, they were on her side, she said infront of them i will not vacant their house do what ever you want.
even police men said to us, we cant do any thing still they havn't updated our complaint as FIR. we are afaraid of her as we know police is on her side.
Even she stop paying rent,electricity bill and water bill.
Please help us and provide solution what we can do in this situation

My father-in-law superannuated on 1/5/1993 from Bihar Govt Service (Undevided).
He died in Dec last year.
His PPO did carry a joint photograph of his with his wife but unfortunately the portions to be filled with name of spouse and nominee was discovered after his death,to have been left blank .
So her claim for family pension has been turned down.
Is there any means or process by which she can claim/receive the family pension.She is the sole eligible person for the said pension.
i bought one flat under construction 3 years back, after its completion , I sold it out after 3 years to someone else. but at the time of sale, builder charged some excess amount in the name of transfer fees, while it was written in agreement that tr fees will be charged from IInd transfer.
please advise me, whether the case is fit for filing under consumer court,,as I have sold the flat after three years.
do I fall in the category of consumer ?
flat bought in april 2011 and sold in june 2014, when it was compeleted..

Afer resigning i went abroad and came back at 2012 after coming to india i am keep on asking this you broadband people to release my f&f and pf but they are not releasing at all. I have given all the documents for them but still they are not turning on even i have mailed to CEO of this company now tell me what can i do sir please give me suggestion to take charge on this company...i have mailed and call them manyer times but its only time waste and i want to sue them please do the needful.
