Ni act complaint and notice

Notice u/s 138 of NI Act is issued to co., only. There is no single word of that, it is represented by Managing Director. Complaint is also filed same. In my opinion complaint is not maintainable without directors are parties

Benami property - is injunction possible ?

During live in relation ( five years ) with my partner, on good faith I have lent him money on verbal promise to return. With the money he has purchased a property in his name at very good location for business purpose, so that he make money double within few years.

I have filed a money suit in competent court against him since refused to return my money & repeatedly try to ousting me from possession by force with muscle power.

Is live in relation for five years can we treat as spouse ? I have heated Supreme Court had considered long time live in partners as married.

I have heard as per Benami Property Act spouce is never been considered as benamider.

Can I file declaration suit for the property in my procession considering our relationship as spouse ??

I am helpless lady, please advise.

Wall constructed

Respected Experts,
I have constructed a godown 9 years ago on my land which is adjacent to another land where my godown is constructed only 1-meter ahead on another's land he is asking me to demolish the wall and can I do now to protect my wall I am ready to pay him but he is not willing to accept the money what can I do now please suggest me, respected experts and what can i do if that person files a case in court please do suggest me some remedy.

Can we have two buyer of two flats which has one sell deed

Existing owner had purchased two side by flats (2bhk) from builder and made single sell deed before 7 years back. obviously both the flat numbers are mentioned in original sell registration and there is separate tax, separate khata and separate electricity connections as well. Now Me and my friend want to purchase these property as individual ownership of each of this flat and want to make separate sell deed for both while this selling process. is it possible to do this to make it now two separate property from single one.

Pathway needs for village

Dear Respected Experts,
Good Day!
my name Dhanasekaran from thiruvallur district, Kindly be informed that we have agricultural lands near SC/ST place. now in 1976 we elders have given 31 cents Patta land for sc/st housing site(Free). on that, there was a place for the pathway to connect the main village road and the people blocked and constructed the house for them. Now the same people who are situated in 0.31 wants to put a pathway on our Patta lands. they are saying that there is a lake way is there, so we need the pathway on the lake way. But according to the village map and the latest FMB sketch, it was added into our Patta lands, there is no such lake way on in our Patta lands. So kindly request please advise how to proceed further and advise our remedy in this regard.

Illegal registered land auction via court

Hi Team,

Agriculture land has been sold to us from someone who is not the title owner of the said property.(registered thought)
Now because the said land is in my father's name (died) the land has gone to auction because of mortgage by court

Now the land doesn't even belong to the one who sold to us

Is it valid for court to auction it suppressing the fact the land of rightful owner (died)?

If not please could you help with proper direction team,
