Sir,
My father has registered a document on 8 september 2006. The document was done on stamp paper of Rs.100, which was purchased on 10 April 2006, which means that document was done near about 5 months after the stamp paper was purchased.
Sir, my question is that whether the above said stamp paper is valid for above document. We are staying in Pune, Maharashtra.

Can a complaint u/s 138 NI act can be dismissed on the ground that complainant has not furnished proper address of the accused?
There is warrant against accused but the the police are not executing the warrant and returning the same with a report that address of the accused not known & accused does not reside in the said address.. now JMFC court insisting the complainant to get the proper address otherwise he will dismiss the case... As far as my knowledge i feel JMFC cannot dismiss the complaint at this stage but i dont have any authority to produce.. can it b dismissed? is there any citation

My one year is going to over by 31st of october after getting the decree of sec.9 last year in october. In Nov. I will file the case of divorce under sec.13(1)(1b)and 13(1A)(ii). On this issue I would like to understand some points:
1. Whether court will pressurise me for keeping my wife again if she says that she will live with me if she appears in the court?
2.I dont want to keep her in any circumstance so whether court will understand my position also?
3. What will be the time limit for getting the divorce? Will it be easier if I have got the decree of Sec.9?

I have a baby girl of 2 m onths. My husband has filed divorce in Delhi court and I am with my parents in MH. I can not travel to delhi with baby. Can I get transfer in this case ? How long this will take?

Date of filing case u/s 138NIA not known
Summons issue date 10/03/2010
Summon date 23/04/2010
Query:
My relative who stays in Pune has been charged in this case filed before JMFC Indore (MP).
Whether the above case meets all the dates within limits specified in the section?
Can a case under this section be filed after more than a year from serving of notice?
We observe that the complaint has not been signed by the complainant and is signed by their Advocate and we feel that the counter sign by complainant is forged.
Kindly advise in the matter. Also, I will be grateful if reference of a suitable Advocate in Indore be provided to us.

One firm in punjab has issued cheque against good recieved and the firm has closed the account and the cheques were returned statting account closed
i have first lodged an f i r against the accused and after that also lodged 138 against the accused, now the police is asking for original cheques which i have also promised in f i r that i will give to the police , but the original cheque have been given to the court for 138
now the police is not taking any action and is saying you cannot launch 420 f i r and then 138 , they are asking me to drop 138 and get the original cheques from court

2. If it is possible, then in which Government Department I have to Register ?
3. What are the Documents Required to be furnished for Registration ?
4. Which Certificate / License is required to run the Company ?
5. Will it be Service Firm or Proprietary Firm ?
6. The Owner can be a Director or Proprietor?
7. Can I get the Service Tax / MVAT Registration Nos. ?
8. In future, can I convert this Firm into a Pvt. Ltd. Company ?

If I commit a minor traffic violation like jumping a red signal or going in the opposite direction on a one way, not wearing a helmet and I have to pay a spot fine or court fine will that be considered a criminal offence?
I am a civil service aspirant (IAS).
I know that if there is an FIR against you or a criminal case you are not eligible for a Govt job.
Can a traffic violation affect my Govt job prospects?
