Divorve petition transfer

I have a baby girl of 2 m onths. My husband has filed divorce in Delhi court and I am with my parents in MH. I can not travel to delhi with baby. Can I get transfer in this case ? How long this will take?

SINCE IT IS A INTERSTATE TRANSFER ONLY SUPREME COURT CAN PASS THE ORDER.

you can also file a petition to the concerned to court explaining the situation. You can also file petition to transfer the case in supreme court india.
