my father expired in 2002 when I was 19 old
mother been extreme cruel but very difficult to prove
1) she snapped my grandpa neck in 2008 ,my father already expired,I was out of station ,and my aunt is silly to understand this things,till I come back funeral was done,now after all this years while altercation on call she indirectly admitted it
my main question is she is 62 now ,will she get hnaged or pardon for age?
2) she did not supported me for education but always taken money from me,bad mouthed abt my father and grandpa
relatives had asked money from me and she always told them not to return money to me just to harrsme
there are many things ,can anybody give me such instances where I can prove her

My brother has married for the second time while his first wife is living with him physically along with adult earning siblings with out their consent.

Is there any Legal remedy for other blood brothers can take legal action against this antisocial/society. activity.. by other elder brothers...

My lawyer cheated me, I visited to his office on every date of court and he says that court given another date then I always use to come back. After some dates I noticed that my case has been dismissed as contestant (me) not present. I asked my lawyer but he is not responding well to me. Now my query is how much time I have to reopen my case. Now I want to appoint a new lawyer for my case to reopen this
My case is in rohtak district court.
Please suggest.

Hi All,
I am Murali Krishna, could you please clear my doubts
My father wrote 1/2 of the property as gift deed to me in 2009. I got the job in AUG 2008, i cleared his personal debts around 15 lacs in 2013.
Later I married with my money,
In Nov 2022, again my father said I have 17 lacs debt please clear it so that I can write another 1/2 of property as gift deed. He wrote the remaining property as gift deed to me. Now I am planning to clear his debts.
I have three sisters, one of the sister is not accepting and planning to go to court.
what is the best option?
Can I cancel both gift deeds and re-register with the sale deed?
Any other option I have to stay with gift deed lands?

Process for stay on interim maintainence
This query is in continuation of my previous query https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/divorce-case-ia-maintainence-related-query-745886.asp.
Bangalore family court has awarded some interim maintenance to my wife and I have just approached the high court for its review. We were expecting the high court judge to order a stay on the family court's ia order. But the high court judge said that before issuing a stay he would also like to hear the wife's lawyer's side. My question is when a husband approaches high court for interim maintenance review then the high court judge will directly order a stay or will he listen to wife's side also before issuing a stay and then decide to order the stay or something else?
