hi
can i marry a person who is already married and his wife committed suicide, he is having a child also.
he is facing ipc 498A,306,417 charges against him.
if i marry him do i and my family face any law related problems in future.
please advise me...

Sirs,
Mr. X belongs to Hindu, married Miss. Y (Hindu and same community of X) and have no issues. So Mr. X married Miss Z, who belongs to some other community in Hindu, as second marriage. The second marriage was happened before 1950. Mr. X has begotten 2 sons and 3 daughters thro’ his second wife Z thro’ the wedlock with Z. In between Mr. X adopted a son to his first wife Y thro’ a registered document, after begot 4 children thro’ his second wife Z (2 sons & 2 daughters). Now Mr. X and Z are alive and Y was expired. There is a will executed by the mother of Mr. X, stating that the property belongs to her should go to
1. The children born to the first wife of Mr. X or
2. If no issues to the first wife, then the children born to the second wife of Mr. X, who belongs to their same community or
3. If both of the above not happened, then the property should go to the adopted son to Mr. X and Y.
Question-1. Is the second Marriage is Valid? (As the second wife belongs to other community in Hindu)
Question-2. Is the adoption is valid?
Question-3. If the adoption is valid then what is the share of the adopted son in the ancestral property?
Question-4. Is the second wife’s sons and daughters have rights to claim the ancestral property as per will? If so, what is the share to them?

My marriage is held on 12-11-2010., due to mis match of ideas., we don't want to continue our marriage relations. Now both are 36+ years old. we don't want to waste another 12 months or 18 months time to take divorce. She stayed with me for only 5 Days. She was not interested in marriage relation. she is 3rd one in her family . 1st sister married a intercaste person & 2nd sister not married due to love problem. So, she is 3rd one and not having brothers also. she is not interested in marriage relation. so, she is ready to sign on papers for divoce. please advise me for faster completion of tasks.

I am getting Rs 60000 p.m salary in a private college. My wife also earns in a private comapny as a finance consultant, i feel, nearly Rs 50000. But, she claims she is ahving only Rs 10000 salary p.m. We ahve a child. She has filed a petition for maintainance demanding Rs 30000 pm as maintainance.What would be the possibilities of maintainance to be ordered in this case? Is there any maximum limit of the maintainance amount ot be paid in accordance to the law?

Hi All,
My passport is siezed in 498a Case and after that my wife also filed 420 case.
Should I take permission from both 498a case's court and 420 case's court..?
For travelling abroad.

quashing of 498a case
hi,
my friend was going in divorce case and 498a case from past 8 years. both the couple has stayed seperately from 4 years but both of them work in same office. now after long battle they both deceided to live together on a condition that girl will take all the cases back filled by her on her husband and his family and boy wants to live with her because he does not want that his family suffer. Now they are living from past 5 months in one house after court approvel as they have filled withdrawalof divorce case and quashing of 498a case in August or september 2010.Now can boy again go for divorce case as he is not happy with the girl. My question to you is can a boy can refill divorce case and after how long does he can refill divorce case in court? is there any 6 months watch time by court only after that he can refill? what is the best time he can go for refilling....?? Pls help
