How to get divorce if impotency test favours husband?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 06 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
I'm contesting Annulment/Divorce petition filed by wife on my impotency as main ground just one month after marriage. I've also filed RCR and filed counter just denying all allegations. Counselling failed, and in her evidence session, which is going on, she somehow submitted virginity test report. Now,ater two years, rcr has been posted for lok-adalat and divorce for settlement. After all these developments I don't want to continue this relation but just want to negate her impotency allegation in court by medical checkup. In this context, please help me to clear the given below doubts.
a) Anything wrong, if I refuse to go for impotency test without order from court on application for the same from her side?
b) Does submitting virginity test result on her own, gives her right to force me to go for impotency test on my own?
c) If impotency test result favours me, can she change her stand and be ready to come back? If yes, how should I move to get divorce in such a situation?

1.You are free to decide whether to subject yourself to the potency test or not. If you refuse the court however would take adverse presumption.
2. No
3.Yes but you are free to refuse to tale her back.
