Reliance asking for unwarranted indemnity bonds even after submission of letter of administration!

Sometime back, I had queried saying my husband was working for Reliance and passed away on 28-11-2009.

They asked for a succession in December, 2011.

Now we've received the Letter of Administration in Feb' 2012.

They do not want to settle many of the dues with interest (except PF etc...) and are asking for Unwarranted Indemnity bonds which runs into 7/8 pages, so that we cannot fight out or demand anything from them in the future and what they would be giving would be the final.

How do we proceed. We'd be losing lot of money by way of interest for the past 28 -29 months.

There was an allotment of 1600 shares by way of ESOPS. They say now, we cannot get the same.

Should we send a legal notice once again saying we cannot give such Bonds and then approach the court giving them 2 weeks time?

Is it possible that we give this bond and later on fight out for the interest and ESOPS? Once we sign this bond saying we are giving it without cohersion how do we pull them in the Court of law? Will it hold water?

Please advise.

My property in india

Hello, I have been living in USA New Jersey with my wife and kids for the last 13 years and we are US citizens. My kids were born here in US. In 2004, I bought a house in Haryana State and registered in my and my wife's name. My father and mother started living there along with my two brothers. One brother is married and two kids, the other brother is mentally challenged.
My mother expired in 2005 and my father expired in Feb 2012 this year. My brother who is married and whose kids do not live here, daughter is married and son is studying in a hostel, has registered a case against me that the house belongs to him as took care of the father and spend money on the house. I paid for the house thru my NRE account and even electricity connection is on my name. I have not sent any notice or anything but he has taken the first step by going to the court saying house should be his. How is it possible that court can accept a false case like this? What are my options? How can I evict them? As I know their intentions are not good.

How to get relief from 498a

Hi..
my self Pintu
I have got marriage registration on 26 jan 2012, my wife is a final year English (Honor's)student from Calcutta university. on 1 march 2012 we visited to her mother due to her illness, she told me that she willing to stay at there (fathers house) till her exam ends. after one day she called me and said that she want her things (i.e. gold) back and want divorce. I gave all her things back to her father and taken a receipt in white paper written by a panchyat pradhan(form uncle in laws village) signed by her father and her uncle in law and the panchyat pradhan; that they got all the articles back and she is staying at her fathers custody for exam from the date 04-03-2012.
today she called me telling that she is going to suit 498a, and we will meet at court for divorce and alimony.

now what should i do?
is it good for me if I suit a RCR or Divorce case? or just wait and get ready for AB?
please suggest me what to do...

One more help required

Sir,
Both husband and wife did suicide leaving small minor child, and some RD saving accounts in post office and also for claiming LIC deposits.

1. Whether post office can deposit these amount in saving account in the name of minor child equally ?

2. If post office requires succession certificate for their payment to uncle, whether legal guardianship is required of another relative to file no objection on behalf of children ?

3. Whether guardianship certificate may be obtained for receiving such payment. ?

Sir what may be shortest method, cheap method for this payment.
