How early a woman can get a divorce? Can woman get a divorce within 15 days of filing a divorce?

highly impossible, if both party agreed to divorce, it will take minimum 6 months.

No body can get divorce within 15 days. There is a mandatory waiting peiod of 6 months.

Hypothetically, it could be like this.

A files for divorce against B alleging cruelty
B accepts all cruelty.

The court grants divorce.

There was a proposal in the parliament to make amendment to the law to make divorce eazier and faster for women. But that is not passed as a law till date and remains a proposal. This was in news somewhere around the end of march.

There cannot exist that emergency to have a Divorce within 15 days. If woman prove it is such hardship, need very urgent divorce otherwise she can suffer irreparable loss, or heaven may fall, court may grant,
