"I handed over a signed blank cheque to someone for safekeeping, but he transferred it to another person, who then filed a cheque bounce case against me. However, at that time, the court summons was not issued to my correct address. Because I could not receive it, the summons turned into an arrest warrant. Shortly after, I went abroad, so I was completely unaware of these developments. I am learning about this incident now, after 20 years. Can I get this warrant cancelled based on these grounds?"
