Hello Experts,
Wife claimed Rupeees amount in May 2010 saying that was taken by husband from her earnings in US. Her actual US salary is very less as per her payslips and income tax statements. After 2 years to justify her amount wife is using mArch 2012 USD exchange rate and misinterpretating US income tax return in court.
How to deal with this situation?

Dear Sir(s).your advice is sought on the following matter:- My wife filed a case of Domestic Violence against me, alleging mental Cruelty. She submitted to the ACJM Court where this(her) allegations are under trial, a Medical Certificate Made out in the name of a Private Clinic in Ajmer, where she was supposedly admitted for two days for an operation removing a stone in her Gall Bladder. The entire discharge Certificate giving Operating Notes, Treatment given, advised etc., has been made out by her in her own Handwriting . This fact that it is her handwriting throughout the Certificate has been officially confirmed by a Private Handwriting Expert in great detail giving photographic enlargements etc. My Lawyer has only submitted an ordinary objection to the court stating that the Medical Certificate has been forged by her. He says that he will submit the Handwritings Expert’s opinion only when the court takes cognizance of his application. My Query is that Can I, or Should I, file a formal FIR under Sec 193 to the local Police Authority before waiting for the Court to decide/take cognizance that the document is forged? What would be the disadvantage if I did ask for an FIR to be Registered by the Police

,01 My wife filed a case, I replied, she did not file rejoinder on last two dates, whether case may be dismissed if 3rd time she does not appear..
02 U/S 20, she demanded monetary loss amount, ,I have my house in my name. Whether I will have to pay monetary loss.due to mental and physical torture.
03 What she can demand portionof my house in lieu of monetary claim, from me if they manage to win the case
04 I prepared my Will in the name of others, if I die today, this case will be dismissed and my house will go to as per Will deed. Please confirm,
05 Whether court order to give her residence outside my house, is it possible.On rent or purchase.
You guidance and opinion will provide be calmness, relaxation, peaceful mind and happiness sir and I will be obliged you .

Dear All,
I got married in 2007, as it was love marriage so families were not much involved. After 4 years of my marriage i finally decided to quit coz of heights of physical abuse. As i dont want my future child to suffer with the same, I want to get divorce, but as i dont have a family back up as well so I am little hesitate regarding the process to be followed.
Need to resolve few queries.
1. How to start the process as my husband is stubborn that he will not give the divorce?
2. How much time will this take??
3. How much money required for the same??
4. What if he still pressurize me to be with him only??
5. He always warn me if you ever try to get rid of me I am never gonna leave you, So if he tried some unethical acts then How can i involve legal process in this??

Moving out of parents' home
I am 26 yrs old(female) and a school teacher.I live with my parents.But now I want to live separate with my boy friend in a live-in relationship.My parents are denying to give me all my academic certificates(i.e certificates of madhyamik,H.S,college,university etc.),their logic is that ,they bore all the expenses of my study,so I have no right on that certificates.Have they any right to do so?if they do this how can I get back those certificates?
