For weeks now I have been in my partner's phone with the help of spyhackelite@ gmail com hoping to see if my partner is cheating, I monitored his phone and found a chat. I went through the whole chats and also went through deleted chats only to find out that every Saturdays and Sundays my husband always go for morning jogging and he would text this particular girl to know if she's home, he would jog to her house just to f u c k her. I cried my eyes out because I love and care about him so much only for me to discover he is cheating on me, honestly I feel so heart broken.

Also how to mention the list of documents submitted at the end of affidavit (details if should contain).
This will help in submitting my evidence affidavit in my Divorce case.

Sir,i belong to a poor family and my grandfather died on duty, then after my father also passed away and in my family no one got any sro or compensate any type.
So can I get job from government can I eligible for it or not .

my child, a female child got affected with shizophrenia ( a mental disease) during her studies while doing MBBS. Though now done MBBS but
Due to her disability she has difficulty in performing certain high-end roles like planning, coordinating, and remembering too many things and does require support
We parents can support her as long as we are alive.
Is there any legal way to support her or to appoint any manager or trustee or form a trust, which after our death can perform the function of supporting her on consideration basis? Basically, taking care of all her needs.
And this should continue till she is alive

My father have some land in his name, he had two wife's, my mom is first and have only me and her second wife had two girl kid.. now he is okay to write all his property to me. My mom is died in year 1979.. during that period no aadhar or any other proof. Is it mandatory to get her death certificate?. Kindly clarify. Thanks in. Advance.

I have filed for divorce and I am asked to submit proof affidavit. I have a procedural clarification, to complete the document.
I have submitted
1. Certain documents to substantiate the facts - just copies already submitted
Now when I submit the evidence affidavit, how to reference the copies of documents inside the affidavit? Hope already submitted copies would suffice.
I am planning to take originals, so if needed I can show originals. Is this enough?
2. Also when I refer the documents against the appropriate facts should I mention as Annexure - 1 etc., or as Exhibit - 1. At the last, do I need to putup as table, if so what details (columns) should be put as per the template of family courts?
Then the appropriate document from judical file would be marked with the exhibit nos I have mentioned in affidavit, is it so?
This may sound basic, but it would be of great timely help from legal gurus, as I am not clear on the procedure.

Dear Experts,
Written statement is filed with allegations from Respondent. No documents has been attached substantiating the allegations.
Similarly income affidavit is filed without any documents (salary, bank statements, ITR etc) and us also incomplete.
Even after posting the same during enquiry, there is no response.
To extent possible I have submitted documents from my side.
I am not sure on why is this negligence from opposite side.
She has claimed maintenance and trial (by way of evidence is to commence).
By question is can the documents be submitted now (written statement related at this point by opponent) just like that. Do they need not get permission first? I wanted to know the procedure in family court.
Similarly in this stage also if documents on income affidavit is not submitted, then what should be my next step. Can experts guide me?

During submission of Evidence affidavit, do I need to submit copies of documents for marking as Exhibits along with affidavit. I got this doubt, since I have already submitted copies of documents along with petition seeking permission for additional documents and got permitted). So now to mark the same as Exhibits, do I need to submit copies again along with evidence affidavit?
If yes, then should I submit only originals or can I submit as copies and take my original also for comparing with original and submit as copies. Do I need to get notarized if copies are submitted?

Hi , Me and my wife resided in Dubai for 10rys + and recently i filled a divorce case in India , also i filled a divorce in Dubai , i received a decree from Dubai court , my wife was present in court for hearing and contested and after that court issued divorce decree and i got validation done with MOFA and Indian consulate in Dubai and given to my Indian lawyer, now i am confused as i am asked to take my India divorce case back from the court and file a validation case for Decree issued by UAE court under section 44A , I am lost as to what needs to be done now from my end , my brother in law is also threatening me for life , , lawyer is not giving clear picture on next steps for me to get divorce completed in India .
Is it necessary to get it validated in India as my marriage is as per Hindu marriage act .

Guidance on 498a, maintenance, and settlement decision
I got married in November 2022, and we don’t have any children. I did not take anything in dowry. However, my wife’s behavior has been very rude, and she has filed cases under 498A, maintenance, and dowry against me in court. During mediation, a settlement amount of ₹10 lakhs was proposed.
My monthly income is ₹1.5 lakhs, while my wife earns ₹30,000 per month. Should I go for the settlement or contest the case in court? Also, will I still be liable to pay maintenance even though there is no child ?
