Have done it more than 3 times but the results are same. Could I go for ex party? What should my stand have to be if court agree for ex party? Please advice.

You can go for ex-parte. But, I doubt the result will be of any use.

The Court can take her refusal to recieve summons as VALID SERVICE - and proceed ex parte - take ex-parte evidence from you - and then go on to pass the decree. The Decree would be important as if it remains unsatisfied for one year - getting divorce for you will become a lot easier, and also establish your good intentions in case she decides to implicate you in false cases.

As I gather, the service is not effected, so better go for service by other means, includeing publication before you proceed with ex-parte.

This is the satisfaction of the court that despite of due notice, the respondent has not come present on the prescribed date before the court then she may be proceeded ex-parte and further proceeding shall run accordingly.
