I took personal loan from Bajaj finance. For 16 months I am unable to make payment due to pandemic. I'm going through a very financial difficult fase of my life. I have repeatedly requested the bank officials & the recovery agents to please bare with me as I'll repay the loan as soon as possible. For last 6 months I haven't received any letters from Bajaj finance. Now a police officer was at my house & asked to me talk to another police officer on the call who was at different police station. The police officer whom I talked to, informed me that he has a arrest warrant against me from Bajaj finance and asked to talk to a bank officer and call him back. I spoke to the bank officer he gave me a week time to repay the entire amount & said we will settle this outside the court, I told the bank officer it's not possible to make the entire payment but I can start repaying EMI, for which he declined & also asked me write on a paper that I owe xyz amount to Baja finance and I'm ready to pay them in week's time. I called the police officer & told him the conversation & I requested him as I would like to see my arrest warrant for which he replied call me before meeting me. Please suggest as I'm very tensed.
Update:-
Bajaj finance contacted me and said they have registered complaint under section 422 & 420 IPC & within one week they have asked me to make full payment. I don't want to get arrested but I want to to start making small payment but the Bajaj finance representative is very rude & is not listening nor accepting my request. What should I do to avoid arrest?

As per I've passed class 10th in 2018 and admitted into a new school and passed 12th in 2020 in beginning they didn't ask for my TC anI I was also busy with my studies so I didn't pay attention so now am admitted into a medical college and this tc issue is eating me from inside so will it cause any problem in future? Please help

2 brother self acquired join property. 1 died without married. So his full share goes to mother . But not partitioned. Now his mother becomes self acquired owner of property. But she gave her share orally to 2 son . Is this valid or nit

My mother died three years back leaving me, my brother and my father.
My mother has a land purchase by her.
After death of my mother my brother and my father wants to make partition in such a way that I will get worst part of the land.
They also want to register the property in their name.

How to stop such action ?

A person who had obtained an electricity connection on the property of another person by way of a forged document later vacates the property. can claim possession of the property after vacating the same on the basis of electricity bills which are left unpaid by him while vacating?
I mean: Can unpaid electricity bill be used as proof of possession after the date when he had vacated the house?

Hi,
My neighbour is converting the home which is right beside my entrance into a restaurant, the smell of cooking is creating much problem for us to stay even inside the room also. Even the customer are making dirt outside of my house after consuming product from this restaurant.
Suddenly they changes there balcony in ground floor into a restaurant.
What steps I can take to resolve this problem? Please help me urgently.

Is there any provision to attend meetings by a proxy in co op hsg society in Gujarat?? If yes , on what grounds and how much time a proxy can attend the meetings with a written P.O.A , where a property owner has been advised that not to attend meetings for medical grounds

Dear experts,
A person has taken loan from his friends and wrote promissory notes for the same.
He passed away recently.
1. Is there a time limit before which lenders should send legal notice to the legal heirs to repay the debts?
2. Is there an expiration date for Promissory notes(assume they are dated 21/08/2020)?
3. What happens if the legal heirs transfer the properties to someone else before the lenders could send the legal notice?

I am owner of a flat in Pune -PCMC. When I moved in to my flat, I used service of a movers and packers company.
In the entry gate, I approved the entry of the truck for unloading on my flat as the rule in almost any society.
After the truck unloaded my household items, while returning, the truck damaged a portion of the society gate.
The security could not stop the truck at that moment.
The the society management is of the view that I should pay for the gate repair.
Whereas I believe, the accident was done by a third party, and society if required should file case on the truck driver. Many third party delivery boys or service professionals keep coming inside the society. If someone indulges in some accident or criminal activity within the society without the knowledge of the flat owner, is the flat owner liable to such damages?
