My mothers passed away recently. She wanted to rent the place to a tenant from next month but the agreement paperwork was not signed. My sister and I are nominees for the house property. Can we do a lease agreement with this tenant?
Hello respected lawyers..
I have some self earned properties.
I don't have kids.
I want to Transfer this property to my Best Friend's son.He is 20 years old but very naughty as of now.
Is there any provision in Law that I transfer the property to my Best friend's son but he cannot sell it while his next generation can sell the property.
Is it possible to make the will in this way?
Will will be made or this is possible by direct transfer deed.
How to proceed?
Thank you
I am from Chennai. I sold my house measuring 600 sq ft which I got from my father through settlement deed. There is a 24 feet road on the left of our house. Now the house owner on the other side of the road threaten to file case on the buyer of our house for occupying 4 feet of that road. Whether the buyer can file any case on us. How to handle this. Please guide.
PS. If we measure road roughly it is around 20 feet instead of 24 feet. His layout map mention 24 feet. We are in no clue how it has happened. We paid property tax promptly for our 600 sq. Ft house. Our house built without building plan approval.
CAN A FATHER SELL HIS HOUSE TO HIS ONLY SON THOUGH HIS THREE DAUGHTERS ARE ALIVE ?
I am offered to become a Partner in a Registered Partnership Firm.
I have to invest 5 Lacs in the stock.
The partnership firm has 5 Partners right now.
I am offered to become the 6th partner of the partnership firm.
This partnership firm has some properties , these properties were transferred by all partners in the name of Partnership firm.
If I get added in this partnership firm,After executing the partnership deed WILL I BECOME THE CO-OWNER IN THE PARTNERSHIP PROPERTY ALSO?
If no what is the legal way for me to get added in the Partnership property. Do I need sale deed or partnership deed.
Dear All,
Male without Will (Written Will) had expired leaving behind a Wife, 4 Sons, 2 Daughters & a property.
Need to know, who all would be getting the said property (Legal heir), under which act it would be applicable and also share any case laws on the above problem.
Also correct me if I am wrong
My assumption is property would directly go to Widow wife of deceased person and not to any one.
Please Note : Katha of the property is already transferred to Widow wife of deceased person
Please advice on the above problem
Thanks
Srini
Hello experts,
My mother is treated very rudely by my Maternal grandfather and Mama.
My maternal grandfather is alive and has some acres of Ancestral property.
The property is ancestral in nature because it has been inherited from 4 generations of my great great maternal grandfather and is not divided once
Q1. Do my mother has right over the agricultural land?
Q2 Which case is to be filed by my mother to get the share in Ancestral property-" SUIT FOR DECLARATION AND POSSESSION OR DIRECT SUIT FOR PARTITION, POSSESSION AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND "
Because I have heard that " In case of daughter right in ancestral property, daughters have share by birth , so no need for declaration"
Q3 Do we have to pay the court fee also?
Q4. My maternal grandfather is alive, Can she file the case now or it is possible after the death of my grandfather?

Societies registration act 1860
A new Society is being formed, can we frame a rule that the President shall be elected by the General Body, and the rest of the Executive and officer bearers like Vice President, General Secretary etc are appointed by him or we need to have the election of all members of the Governing Body.
Thanks in advance
