Hi Sir/Madam,
Earlier I used EMI card of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. But in the month of July 2020, I got an offer to upgrade my EMI card limit to 195000 from 75000 limit. I paid through their wallet and they charged me rs.2999/-. but my "EMI card was blocked by BFL stating 2 EMI cards on my account" as per policy and later I realized that it was fraud from BFL representative. I escalated with them, they refunded back the amount of rs.2999/-.
I tried to reach them multiple times by call/email for unblocking of my EMI card, they replied back stating cannot be unblocked as it was internal policy. Later I escalated to head of customer service and grievance team, they suggested me to visit branch and submit KYC document for unblocking of EMI card. I visited in the month of October and submitted copy of KYC documents, even then it was not resolved. Later I contacted grievance team, they said to revisit branch and submit KYC documents and I revisited in the month of November and submitted my original KYC documents and they scan it.
Even now it was not resolved, I need to know the exact procedure of escalation and can I file RBI Ombudsman, does it fit in RBI Ombudsman NBFC scheme?

Sir, I had requested our society by letter of the minutes of their monthly meeting, to which the secretary of our society wrote to me, saying that even if we have ready copy of minutes you wanted but you would have to pay Rs. 10 each (they are ready to give receipt copy of money they charges )
My question is, can they ask me for such money? Because my point is that if after the society meeting it is mandatory to give the minutes of the meeting to all the members, but if any member asks for a copy a second time, he has to pay for it.

On Tuesday 17th November 2020 Supreme Court Bench of Honorable Justices Indira Banerjee, , Justice Chandrachud and Justice Indu Malhotra had Confirmed Every High Court has got the Powers to strike down a Law for being in teeth of Article 245 and 246 of Part 3 of Constitution.

Dear Member,
My ward is studying in a renowned Private School in class III. He's having a good academic and sports. During this outbreak of COVID-19, the school authority has conducted online examination where the student was required to submit their answer through email and later they published incomplete report with absent on few subjects, we had written email complaining the same but they did not taken any action to rectify. Further they conducted the semester examination and made arrangement to submit the answer sheets through google form but again they published the evaluation report incomplete stating that they have released the report based on the received of answer sheets. In both the incidence my ward has successfully submitted his answer sheets and still they have published incomplete results, which is impacting my child's morale and making us mentally harassed as they are not taking any corrective measure to rectify the errors.
Further, these incidence are not only with my child but many of the student.
Please guide what steps should we take to get things in order.

I have rented a place from 5 years but only have the Initial agreement (on a ₹2 paper done by the broker) I never renewed it as the owner is well known. Is there a way I can show I stayed at the same place all these years with a new agreement?

I have let out a building whose legal owner was my father who has expired one month ago. My tenant is asking for an NOC from my sibling since no transfer of right on that building is made in my name. Me, my mother and 4 sibling are the legal heirs of my fathers property and the partition is yet to be done. So please help me with a NoC format so that i can provide my tenant.

Rta - usage of mobile app
Hi Sir/Madam,
I have applied for Vehicle registration and it was approved in the month of September 2020. Till now I did not receive physical card but was updated on RTO mobile site. Recently Govt. of India announced to use mobile platform and not to carry original vehicle document like RC and
DL.
My question: If I want to travel outside of the Telangana State, Do I still require the physical card or a copy. Or it is valid to show through mobile app RTA mWallet or mparivahan/Digi-locker?
