Hon'ble Court awarded claim amount of 43 lakhs in motor accident compensation. the petitioners only child (son) met with accident and claim was awarded in october 2019. As per judgment 75% of compensation to be paid immediately and remaining 25% to be kept in Fixed deposit. Though insurance company deposited the awarded amount due to corona pandemic situation 75% of the amount was paid to the petitioners after 9 months credit of amount by insurance company. After 3 months of payment of 75% of the amount, the petitioners who are 66 years old (father & mother of the deceased) claimed for remaining 25% of the claim on health grounds which is actually due in October 2021 as per judgment. Their petition on health grounds is not allowed and they have to wait till October 2021. Here advocate argued that they don't have legal heirs, they are 66 years old and moreover mother underwent surgery few years back and father is having neural problem and both are under continuous medication for the rest of their life. if this 25% amount is allowed now they can take care of their health and other things for rest of their life. Humble request to all experts to suggest grounds for claiming 25% amount and elucidate if any guidelines are there from Apex Court.

I have 2flat in the name of my wife and grand father in same building.
We made deed of exchange and paid stamp duty and registration fees to government and exchanged the flat.
In this matter whether building society will charge transfer fees for both flat, we have just exchanged the flat no money deel had been done between us.
They are charging 30000 for each flat.
Please help me to know whether to pay fees or not.

I am a Railway Pensioner. My wife has not changed her initial after marriage and keeping her father's name as initial in Voters ID, Driving Licence, Bank record etc. Similarly in my Pension Payment Order and in pension paying bank, her father name's first letter stand as initial. But in her aadhar card, my name is there, since it was told only husband name should be in the back. At the time of my wife getting family pension whether this will create any problem kindly clarify.

In my educational qualification my father's name written Tej narayan jha and in my adhar card, pan card and voter card father's name is Tejnarayan jha.
No spelling mistake!!!
It can create any problems in Govt job.

Dear Sir
I am stating at 9th floor and there is a severe water leakage from above flat. Number of requests are made to the owner of above flat. He got some repairs done but still issue not resolved. My bedroom and bathroom is heavily leaking and may cause strucutral weakness.
Owner of above flat is not taking concrete steps to repair. Society Secretray also number of times requested the owner to get this repaired. In last tow AGMs also , the issue was discussed and still not resolved.
What process can i follow to resolve this issue.

ARBITRATION APPEAL CAN BE FILED IN DISTRICT COURT OR IN BOMBAY HIGH COURT DIRECTLY?

I had taken a personal loan from Axis Bank. For few months EMI was correct. Unfortunately everything turned upside down when I joined a new company. There was a hike of Rs. 8000/- so I thought my emi can be paid without effecting my family expenses. But the salary I used to receive in my new company was in installments. I couldn't pay my emi properly. They had sent a legal notice. The due amount is 2,87,000/-. For last two and half years my salary was in installments except one month. Due to this issue I left the job and has joined another start up company. I had asked them for one time settlement of Rs. 1lac but they negated it. I have received a recall notice from their advocates through mail on Saturday. I don't know what to do. I don't have any money to pay. One lac was offered by my friends but now when asked they refused. Please advise Sirs.

Related to Original suit case held in Taluk court Basavaraj was plentiff and me was Defendant, amidst one more additional petition we as given related to same case . Additional petitioner ragarded as Defendant . In last judgement plentiff case was dismissed with cost .
Now additional petitionor went to appeal now he made me and above case's plentiff( Basavaraj)as Defendants.
Can he (Basavaraj)contend in court as Defendant? Because he was contended in court against additional petitionor, now going to contend fair enough for plentiff

I have a flat in Titwala Dist Kalyan given on Leavr & License agreemetn for 11 months which is expiring in Jan-2021. My tenant is not paying rent and now -4- months rent is due. Who is the competent authority for the said location and what is the procedure to file a complain?
