a boy done a argilument with th police only on misbehving with police person , police imposed on boy ipc 751 misbehving case at evening nd after sdm sign th boy get bailed ..but th boy is preparig nng for ias ..is now he is alelble for sitting in civil services

IPC Section 751- Implying -- Picking up a Fight and Entering in to Hot argument .-- Better Verify and Mention whether the IPC section filed / mentioned is Correct. Any how the Offence mentioned in Query is Petty and Not an Heinous Offence does not involve moral turpitude . Better Sort it out in the concerned Police Station it self by Pleading Mercy or else by paying an Fine in Station it self or in Court. IPC Section 751 would make you eligible for a Fine Or 3 months Prison Visit. Or Both and try your level best to avoid it and devote on your studies with out involving in all this in Future.
