Registration of a clinic

Dear Sirs

We are a Charitable Organisation working among people with disabilities in Karnataka, we have various service departments among which Physical Medical and Rehabilitation is one of them, which provides physiotherapy, surgeries, etc without any charges. Now, we wanted to have a clinic in the city that will be running under the trust and would like to charge a small fee for the services like, physiotherapy, consultation, etc. Though the said services are primary objectives of the trust, do we need to take permission to run the clinic or physiotherapy, or is it ok to run without registration as it is part of the objectives of the organization?

Appreciate your kind guidance in this matter.

Lien and seniority

Respected Sir/ Madam,

- I Joined as Inspector (4600/- Grade Pay) in Department 1 in February 2016.

- I was confirmed to the post in February 2018.

- The Next promotion in Department 1 is to the post of Superintendent (4800/- Grade Pay) after a qualifying service of 8 years.

- I opted for Technical Resignation with RIGHT TO LIEN (two years) from Department 1 in July 2019 to Join Department 2 as Assistant Section Officer (4600/- Grade Pay)

- After my technical resignation from Department 1 the recruitment rules for the post of Superintendent were amended and the qualifying service was reduced to 2 years. As a result all my batch mates were promoted w.e.f. 01.01.2020.

- I opted for my right to lien and resigned from Department 2 to join back to Department 1 w.e.f. October 2020 on the post of Inspector.

- My what will be my seniority? I am likely to be promoted in December 2020. What will be my seniority in the Promoted cadre of Superintendent? Will my juniors who got promoted to Superintendent w.e.f. Jan 2020 become seniors to me in the promoted cadre? How my pay will be fixed?

Correction in registered conveyance deed

Sir,

I got conveyance deed of my plot from HUDA ( Haryana Urban Development Authority) and also got registered from sub registrar office. But my area of my plot on conveyance deed obtained from HUDA ( i.e 164.96 sq meter) is different from after getting registered from sub registrar office( it shows 329.92 sq meter). It is double of actual Area. I discussed in registrar office but they are saying it is picked by software. But your plot area is 164.96 square meter(as in conveyance deed). Weather it is necessary to correct this mistake? If it is so, please tell how I can correct this mistake legally.

Misplacing of documents in future

To All the
Respected Professionals

Very recently our Company (a 100% State Govt own Company) taking an initiative to renovate(?) its entire office.
While executing this renovation work the workers engaged by the Contractor worked very much lackadaisically while dealing with numerous files and documents.(May be intentionally) from one place to another.

Top management in spite of knowing this fact keep silent and simply turn blind.

The employees of the Company suspect that a huge no of important files will be misplaced during the renovation.

Now my query before all the respected and senior experts that if such situation happen in future(ie files misplaced) and management will try to shifting their responsibility to the employees how they(employees) will defend themselves ie what type of legal remedies available to them?
Regards
Abhijit Majumder
