Nothing go by the LAW book....
My life is exposed.....
some people are controlling my life....
I think my advocate and people sitting next to judge are force to drag my case....

Property details wrongly show with the tehsildar office and for correction of property details we filed the case. As tehsildar has no power to correct it. It only comes from Migstrate or judge... So we filed the case...

The case is about Mutaion correction. Other party is dead and I don't have there or there childrens where about.... We are waiting for to court to declare x party and move the case in our favour....

I think we are dragging the matter to far... Is it correct... we are dragging the matter to far.... we should have close the case long before....10 month passed with over 9 court session dated past... but we still waiting for other party appearance....
We gave news paper publication and published on 14 May 2025 and after that 4 court sesion passed.... the other party is dead and I have no where about..... they will never going to turn up.... for sure...... how long it take to declare as x party...

You have to wait for court orders as it is practical. Don't think abnormally. Be positive.

We send paper sumon 3 times but no one turn.... then we gave news paper publication after which 3 court session passes and no one turn up as they are dead. still the court gave order to wait till next date.... is it ok. this long

You have to wait for the court to pass suitable orders, you cannot blame court for following the legal process properly, if you hasten then your case may be dismissed for not taking proper steps, hence do not risk the situation, wait patiently and proceed as per court orders.

How did the civil court accept mutation correction case, which falls in the jurisdiction of Revenue Authorities i.e., Tehsildar, SDM/ RA, ADM/DM, Financial Commissioner.
Did you check with some other local lawyer practicing revenue and civil matters ???

There cannot be any meaningful suggestion unless the documents are perused and issues discussed.

Please do not expect any quick fix solutions/remedies from the Courts. esp. in civil matters.
