How is the value of land calculated in property cases in courts? Especially land without large trees and that too with a different survey number.

What are the facts of the case? It seems to be an academic query. The court will obtain the value of the land from the Sub Registrar concerned and the land information from the Revenue authorities.

The value of the land for purpose of court fee in the ongoing case can be obtained from the concerned sub registrar office by submitting an application to this effect
