1. On completion of probatividual will geregularised.2.promotion is moving to the next higher post.3. Regularity is eligible for the service 4. Temporary post could be deprived off any time without prior notice.6 Recruitment is made against normal and regular vacancies, whereas, advocate appoinment could end on the completion of sanctio of post and no guarantee for continuance.
