section 498 A

sir, me and my family had been filed under section 498 A in 2004 , there is no need to say the claim is false as we have gone to our native plave for my marriege and on the fourth day of my wedding my brothers wife fought with my brother and after our returning to mumbai they have filed this complain, but on interim basis police denied to ragister the same as so many days have gone , then he applied in the court and court asked police to investigate the same the the report given by poilice was in our favour luckily, but after 6 months when that officer gottransfered he agian gone to the police and have filed F.I.R against us under sec 498 A , and the police report says that on the 4th day of my wedding we have tried to burn our brother in law , so non bailable warrent had been issued and luckily we all got bail too , but still court dates are going on , there are two type of reports from a same police station , please suggest what to do , i have taken this as a marriage gift from my brother in law as the drama started just 4 days after my wedding.

waiting for your suggestion

Bonus Act

As per the amendment in 2007 in the Bonus Act, the limit of salary-wages for eligibilty is incresded to Rs.10,000/-p.m.(from Rs.3,500/-p.m.) and the basis for calculating Bonus is the salary cap of Rs.3,500/-p.m.(from Rs.2,500/-p.m.)
Pl.clarify (1)The employee drawing upto Rs.10,000/-p.m.is eligible for bonus, but(2) his salary for calculating bonus is to be caped at Rs.3,500/-p.m.,means if he is getting Rs.9,000/-p.m.,but for bonus his salary would be considered as Rs.3,500/-p.m.and accordingly his bonus at 8.33% would be Rs.3,500/- for the year.

Names on Non judicial Stamp papers

Sir, It may be kindly clarrified whether the stamp papers purchased by an individual can be used by an another individual for Registration of documents. The Registrars says that it is impossible. But as per sec 6 (2 ) of the tamilnadu Stamp Rules, I feel that it is not necessary to check the names written on stamp papers when they purchased and even any one can use any stamp papers purchased by others.

I will be glad if the eexperts may clarify this section to me.

Thanking you, Sirs.
