Construction under Grampanchayat

Can expert guide me whether construction of house under Grampanchayat approval valid on NA land in Murbad location. Is there any recent changes in law that TP approval is only required.

See Maharashtra Regional Town Planing Act 1966 appoint various bodies as planing authority and once gazette notification is done then you have to do construction as per rules regulation development plan made by that planing authority.

Now to your specific case , I never visited Murbad area , but I read now on wiki nearest railway station is Kalyan.

In that case there is one planing authority

Ambernath, Kulgaon-Badlapur and Surrounding Notified Area

this deals with construction matter outside Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation so they may have jurisdiction in this matter but you need to check with them .

If not you can ask some one in that office who has jurisdiction for your area

In some cases Gram Panchyat was planing authority in some village latter removed so similar latest thing you need to check.

1.When Grampanchayat had Authority I've got letter of permission to construct the house on NA land which has 1 yr of validity. Can I still go ahead and construct 2BHK house on the same approval.
2. I have plot which has multiple plots with gated community having proper road, club house and, plotting done for other plots after town planning while getting NA approval for the entire project. So do I have to again get TP approval for my plot again to construct small house(2bhk) within my plot? I just do not understanding​ that why are we again and again taking TP approval for the same property for which TP is already take initially while ploting plots.
Please clear my doubt.. Appreciate your previous reply..
