The accused had to return the money that he had taken from the complainants for providing employment which he failed to do so. Kindly advice can I file the complaint jointly or not

Now the notice has been given jointly then what next can be done?
Anirudh (Expert) 16 November 2013
If there is validity for the cheques, better present the same once again. When it gets dishonoured please issue separate notice.

Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 16 November 2013
joint notices are not applicable by complainants, send the seperate notices
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 16 November 2013
Separate cheques, separate dishonor, separate notice to be sent and separate case to be filed.
