Regarding first appellate authorities

Dear sir i want to know that how i can write a first appellate authorities? should i attach all the photostat copies of answers which i got in my RTI reply ? or i only attach the RTI questions only?

You can find out the respective First Appellate auhtority in Net snd file the appeal under section 19(1) of the RTI Act.You need not pay any fees as required under RTI act for filing Appeal.Copy of your petition to the Public information officer,and the reply received,and the reasons for first appeal/insufficient or false to be stated.

All the related paper i.r RTI Application, Reply of CPIO/SPIO should be attached with the Memorandum of Appeal containing the grounds of appeal precisely.
