I have taken a life insurance policy from ING LIFE INSURANCE for my mother and i have paid all the premiums in times and as on today.
THE LAST PREMIUM I HAVE PAID TO THEM IN FORM OF CHEQUE AND THEY SAY THEY NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY . SO THEY HAVE LAPSED MY MOTHERS POLICY
I HAVE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENT THAT I HAVE GIVEN THE MONEY.
COULD PLEASE ADVISE ME. WHAT COMPENSATION I CAN ASK THEM.

I HAVE TAKEN SOME COMMERCIAL LOAN FROM THE BANK FOR MY BUSSINESS. I HAVE SIGNED THE LOAN AGREEMENT PAPERS.
IN IT IS MENTION ALL DISPUTED WILL BE REFERRED TO THE ARBITRATION
IT IS NECESSARY FOR ME TO FIRST REFER THE ARBITRATOR
AND THEN PROCEED TO CIVIL COURT
CAN I DIRECTLY PROCEED TO CIVIL COURT?

Now days employee Come to work From Various Places . May a time the employees leave the job without informing the management and also do not handover their pending assignment to the juniors.
We wish to retain their orginal cerftificate and hand them over when they resign and handover their assigment to their juniors.
It is legal to keep their orginal certificate for verifcation and sage custody . The same will returned to them when they resign??
Please advise
