I write my name as N. Zainulabideen, The initial N is my family name Natharma, Natharma is a common name used by every family members, when I have to fill any applications, the application ask for 1. First Name, 2. Middle Name, 3. Last Name, please help me to fill the application, correctly.

Sir,
In my opinion, CST Sale against C form is 2% and it is applicable to All India. But in TN VAT if you raised interstate Bill against C form at 2% rate, you have to reverse 3% Input Tax Credit, available to you. What is it, sir.
In that case you have to pay totally 5%.
Can any body give me more details of
What Reversal of Input Tax Credit, and CST Sale against C form.
Please put your knowledge on it , Sir.

One of friend is going to buy the Christian Property. The House owner is the christian, He is expired. and he has NO Childrens. Now, who is the legal heirs for this property,
1. Wife
2. The Deceased Relatives, like brothers, or their sons,etc.
3. Whether it is must to notify the public in daily news paper etc.
Please let us know whose signature is important in this Sale documents, and what are the precautions to be taken to buy this property.

Mr. A from Orissa has promised by telephonic conversation that if you send the money of Rs.25,000 through his online account.
Mr. B of Tamil Nadu has deposited the money in Mr. A account. But Mr. A as promised does not despatched the Goods.
Now, please experts suggest us a good advice.

Experts should advice which is best to float a Company
1. Limited Liability Partner (LLP) or
2. Pvt. Ltd Company.
What is the differences between this two?
As the business increases , we will go for Bank Loans etc. so, which one is better to float a Company.
and one more thing, if we start a LLP company, can we use the word Company, after the name of the company. just like Golden Leather Pvt Ltd Company.

I need a International Contract Format for an Agency.
Our Supplier is a foreign Exporter. Our Importer is also a foreigner. We Agents are from India.
Please guide us to get the Commissions from the foreign country.

In a family, elder brother wants to start his business. When he can not arrange the funds. He requested his younger brothers to give him family house as a security to Bank to get the loan. They agree. and they give the GPA of the house to their elder brother. He got the Loan from the Bank and he enjoyed. He has not paid the Interest and the principal amount to the Bank for four years.
Now, he died (elder brother).
Please let us know the GPA impact on the other brother, because the property given to the bank is a joint property. All the brothers are married, they have children.
It is a muslim family.
This GPA is in force,or it is automatically not enforceable in law.
Now, the children of deceased brother claiming that the property given to bank is there own.
Please give your opinion in this regard, to get the share of the house to all brothers as per Islamic Law.

Sir,
Now-a-days in online Applications and in general Applications, Name should be mentioned as:
1. First Name
2. Middles Name
3. Last Name
Most of them have their Family Name as a initial in their name.
But, computer accepts Fathers Name as a initial to their name.
Whether it is compulsory to separate names as a first, middles, last.
Please advice.

Name in insurance policy
Sir,
I have taken a Life Insurance Policy in Reliance Life Insurance Co. I have submitted Election ID: Name: Riyas S/o. Abdul Samadh. Only one document has submitted as a proof.
Reliance Life Insurance has issued my Policy Document as Name: G. Riyas S/o. Abdul Samadh. I have taken this policy in the year 2010, I have made many oral request to get the change. But, they have not done.
Now, When I like to surrender the policy. Branch of Reliance asked me to submit the Bank Account. The Bank Account Opened as Name: Riyas, I have given the Election ID as a proof to open the Bank Account. Reliance Vellore Branch is not accepting this, they asked me to get the Bank Account in the name as : G. Riyas, how can I get this name, Sir.
Reliance Branch Office has done a mistake in Policy Document. They added G. in front of my name. Now, they want me to follow this mistake in my bank account.
Please give me solution Sir. As I need the money urgently, to do my daughters marriage which is in short time. Thanks to every one who give me solutions.
