in pondicherry legal heir certificate are obtained only through court and not through daslidhar, it is filed by way of plaint, the question is the plaintiff resides in pondicherry and the defendant resides in tamil nadu, where to file the suit, what is the territorial jurisdiction to file the suit. and citation based on it. and whether sec 20 of cpc, can be of some help to this case, experts kindly enlighten me

whether sub divisional magistrate has power to recall/ review his own order, which is dismissed under Sec 203 of crpc. are there any citations which says, magistrate can review their own judgement

Regarding a advocate being founder trustree in trust
can a practicing advocate, start a new social service trust and be a founder trustee in it . and is there any law which prohibits a law lawyer from being a founder trustee, if so kindly clarify me.
