The marital relationship between my neighbor and her husband was divorced.
The ration card was on the name of her. But her husband changed it to his name without her consent.i.e. The same ration card was issued on husband's name by replacing the lady who was the original owner.
Hence she filed a complaint to the civil service office at her district to resolve the same.But no result was delivered.
Hence she filed a complaint through the chief minister's grievance cell of Kerala regarding the matter, but 3 months have passed.
What should she do to reinstate the ration card to her name itself and prosecute the corrupt officials.

A person named Mr.X has filed RTI to my neighbor's school were she is working as a teacher.
The questions sought in RTI letter was concerning the privacy of that lady including her personal details like her PAN number, address of the students she has taught and also information sought to derogate her like number of abortion leave, miscarriage leave etc.
Recently I came to saw in a book regarding RTI that complaint can be made against person's asking for personal information with no general public interest, but it was not mentioned were to file the complaint.
Kindly give information about where to file complaint against seeking information regarding the privacy information of a third party with no general public interest.

Recently I came across an article in a book that you can file complaint against any person who send an RTI requesting third party privacy information intended to defame you.
But no information was present in the book on where to complaint such cases.
Kindly provide the information and procedure for filing such complaint at the earliest.

Respected Sir
A person has been filing baseless allegations against my relative (a lady-around 45 years of age) at police stations repeatedly.
As a result of each complaint, the police called for enquiry and it came to their notice that all the complaints are bogus.
But he keeps on filing complaints not only to police but also to 14 other parties.
In his complaints, the image of the lady is tarnished and all the mentioned words are derogatory.
When asked to Police that you know all the facts,then why are you calling her to police station again and again, they replied that they cannot refuse to act to any complaints.
Can a defamation case be filled against that individual.
where should it be filled and how.
Awaiting an answer as soon as possible.

Respected Sir
My relative and her husband was engaged in a business. The shop is now in the name of her husband.Hence he is looking after the shop and all the income from the shop is taken by him.
The couples are divorced recently.
The machines in the shop was bought by the lady with her money and all the machines are in her name.
But all the bills are with him.
Is there anyway so that she can obtain those items which are owned by her which is at his shop.
Kindly do answer.
