forum could you please tell me what is the process of creating a manufacturing company in tax exempteed area in baddi Himachal Pradesh, and Ruderpur In Utteranchal. or here is any advocate is who is doing this in above mentioned areas,

The process of creating a company is same, as it is allover india.
Any company, registered anywhere in india get certain tax benefit if the manufacturing activity is done in areas enjoying tax benefits. Presently north eastern states, J&K, HP, Uttaranchal etc. are getting some tax benefits.
