Validty of a Non Judicial Stamped paper.

Respected Experts,
I have purchased Rs.100/- Non judicial Stamped paper on dt. 16-12-2008. But it has not yet been used till today.
Now I want to know the validity of the period of a Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
Plz. clarify.

There is no expiry date. It can be used any time as a note. But if you want to return it to govt. and want to refund the value, the time limit is 6 months for refund.
