Anticipatory Bail

A particular Anticipatory Bail is directing a PS not to arrest the so called accused.

Will the same AB is also valid for other PS

If not what needs to be done?

Can we conclude that

Same person cannot be booked in another PS under same section 498a by same opponent when we outstanding AB from HC.

Is the understanding right?

If still they try to do through various other means, who could help, will area DCP can help or ?

Any experts comments please.

No it is not valid and need to getdifferent bail orders for different police stations
