You may file a suit for Declaration to change the surname in the mark sheet before the Court of the concerned state. Original mark sheet shall be submitted to the concerned board and duplicate will be issued after necessary amendments.
Simply changing the surname in the mark sheet, you would not be entitled to get the benefit of Reservation, caste certificate is also required.

How tiwar was inserted in your certificate, if you belong to nayak caste and why you waited for such a long time for getting the changes in your certificates?

The aforesaid questions are very vital and demand your convincing reply. Once you find accurate reply to these questions, make representation to concerned Board to effect change on the basis of your affidavit and evidence of your original caste. On failure to get desired results, file civil suit.
