financial position of non listed company

Dear all can any body tell be whether there is any site or institution (with its phone no)where can i get/ find information regarding the current financial position of a non listed pharmaceutical company? It is well known pharmama company of West Bengal. Kindly help. It is urgent.

It is better to hire services of a Company Secretary, he can get the information required by you from the Registrar of Companies where the companies file their Balance sheet & other financial documents.
