The madras high court judge after hearing all the arguments has told me that ORDERS FOR 19th. what is the meaning of this?

Ans. The judgement will be pronounced on that day.

does this mean the judge is going to pass the order in my favour?

Ans. It means he will decide in your favor or against you.

should I attend on that day?

Ans, Yes

why has he delayed the judgement? on the 19th.

Ans. You cannot question why the court has reserved orders on a certain date, there are thousands of files laying at various stages of trial.

can I add more of my argument?

Ans. No.

Sir,

If the order goes against me in the transfer cmp what is the remedy...

1. Can I appeal to bench against the order of transfer cmp?
or

2. should I appeal to the supreme court as a SLP.?
or

is there any other remedy

3. in the high court for transfer cmp can I file written arguments?

Your query has already been resolved. You have both remedies to avail. No written argument is required at this stage when case is listed for orders.

May I know what are the Grounds under which the Transfer Misc Petition was filed and also let me know Between Which two Court the transfer was pleaded?

I will reply in Detail Once I get the above details, Having said this had you asked this earlier I would have asked you not to contest and let the case be decided based on Merit and then I would have asked you to file an SLP in SC if the Transfer Order went against you.
