Evicting tenant under Leave and License

Tenant has Leave and License agreement of fixed duration with no renewal, with the owner.
* Please suggest how the tenant can be evicted if he does not leave after expiry of the agreement.

* How is the procedure different from eviction under Lease agreement.

u can file a suit declaring the licensee as trespaser and seeking possesion of the property.

* Can Police do anything (eviction) in case of Leave & License or only court?

* If court has to be approached even in case of Leave and License then how Leave and License is better for owner than Lease?

* Are the decisions from court faster in case of Leave and License agreements?
