How to file election petition, to stay the electiion of a copoerative society after the results declared
B K Raghavendra Rao (Expert) 23 March 2010
It is not staying the election that you are talking about, it is challenging the election results. You may challenge it in a dispute filed before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies under Section 70 (1)and 70 (2)(c)of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959.
Kumar Thadhani (Expert) 23 March 2010
File a petition before Registrar of COOPERATIVES SOCIETIES to challenge a dispute of election results.
