HOW TO CALCULATE RELEIVER CHARGES FOR SECURITY PERSONNEL SOME PEOPLE SAY WE HAVE TO CHARGE 16.67% BUT HOW TO ARRIVE IT I DONT KNOW KINDLY SHARE ME THE DETAILED CALCULATION FOR THE SAME

Relieving Security Officer means a permanent employee who is engaged primarily for the purpose of relieving at short notice any other rostered security officer of the employer and for whom a display of roster is not required and for whom only 24 hours notice of change of shift shall be given where practicable.
Reliever charges may be calculated @ 16.67% of total wages for each category (i.e. supervisor, attendant and cook).

A Basic wages + DA/VDA per day, per person
(latest wages as prescribed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Office of Chief
