dear rajkumar sir,
Actually,w have purchased 62 plots all from different people in 1989 nit was regdasper rules. till now, v r holding as owners in E.C. also. But one Congress MLA filed a case against us in HC that the plots belongs to them. In meanwhile, 32 plots were sold out 10 yrs back to some other people.Now reamining 30 plots owners want to sell the plots but, this MLA objecting n no one coming forward to purchase as it the matter of court dispute.Now, I request u that what can v do to move further
