My grand father gifted me a flat. Gift deed has been executed.

In future , Can gift be challenged by aunty who is daughter in law of grand father?

No, if it is his self acquired property.

Yes. Sale deed was on his name only.

Actually he was uneducated so he had use his thumbprint on gift deed at the time of registration.

As the property is his own, he can do it as he wishes, and no one can claim it.

If gifted property was self acquired property of your grandfather then he had every right to transfer same as per his wish and none can have right to challenge his such transfer.

You did not disclose whether the property (under gift) was self acquired to inherited by your grand father. Show the gift deed to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation, analyse and proper advise
