Selling of fathers property

I have a flat purchased by my father as he is expired the property has been transferred by our society as my father have made the will under my name and nomination have also been registered under my name in society.. My query is whether i can sell the property without the consent of my sister?

If the transfer of property is based on a legally perfect Will, you have the ownership of the property, and you can sell it outright without her consent.

You have acquired your father's property rights through his will so now you have become absolute owner of property and can sell or transfer the property as per your choice .

Yes. Your father executed a will bequeathing his property in your favour. And he died, you are the owner of the property if the Will is a genuine one.

Where is the property located has not been disclosed since probate of will in presidency towns (Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata) is compulsory.
