Termination of a committee member

i would like to know can a managing committee terminate a committee member directly by sending letter to dy registrar

No. The Executive Committee shall call for a General Body Meeting in two spells i.e. 1st for proposal and the 2nd for approval by the 2/3 rds or 3/5th majority in General Body members meetings. The General Body shall change the EC member as per terms and conditions mentioned in the bylaws of the society.

Members of Managing Committee in a cooperative society can not terminate another member.
