I m a boy. I just fall in love with a nepali girl. And we both get ready to marry. So what is the leagal process with require document

Are you both Hindus? If so your marriage shall be solemnised before the priest in the Endowment temple and they will issue a receipt. Then you have to go to the Marriage Registrar concerned `for registration of your marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act. If you both are different religious, both of you file an intended notice to the Registrar of Marriages under the Special Marriage Act, and after one month, if no objections received by the Registrar, he will solemnize the marriage. For both marriages, three (3) witnesses and the Aadhaar Card of all the parties.

It will be better to seek professional services of a local lawyer as the bride is a foreigner and may (or may not be) from same religions.
