Declaration and permanent injunction

(Querist) 14 February 2021 This query is : Resolved 
declaration and permanent injunction decree.
1. Plaintiff decreed law full co-sharer and granted permanent injunction restraining defendant.
2. Decree date 22/01/2006 but plaintiff till date not execute the decree, scheduled land under possession in defendant (purchased land) 1995 to till date.
3. Decree holders are two members dies before 2008 one plaintiff are alive.
4. All revenue documents in name of defendant( my father).
5.please advice what can i do next process

Decree for declaration and permanent injunction has no limitation for it's execution.Such decree can be executed whenever decree holder thinks to execute the same.If decree holder is no more in that situation his lrs have right to get it executed.

Sir defendant my father we are physical possession and all document in my father name,this property purchased next pls what can do pls advice

But courts decision is against your father and your father did not prefer any appeal against the courts decision so your father has to comply with and obey courts decision.
