if legal guardian which has been appointed by the court in case of minor is dead then what is the procedure to appoint another legal guardian when the case is already disposed by the court and no pending case is left.

If still guardina is required, the new one can be got appointed in the same manner, however, there shall be changed circmstances mentioned therein.

Court need to be approached for new appointment of guardian if needed.

You will have to apply afresh for the appointment of "new" guardian stating the guardian appointed by the court has been expired, attach death certificate.
